{"id":6128,"date":"2024-09-27T08:48:00","date_gmt":"2024-09-27T08:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bdbtalent.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=6128"},"modified":"2024-08-27T08:49:23","modified_gmt":"2024-08-27T08:49:23","slug":"tes-construction-manager","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/www.bdbtalent.com\/en\/jobs\/tes-construction-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"TES Construction Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To support its projects and meet the challenges of today&rsquo;s market, an international company is looking for a passionate TES Construction Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You wish to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Supervise the implementation and management of safety programs and standards with the entire project team.<\/li><li>Manage multiple mid and large-sized projects simultaneously.<\/li><li>Ensure the skills and competencies of contract labor are appropriate to undertake the work.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Then this position is for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your future missions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Operate independently in the assigned region, interacting with leadership and stakeholders to resolve issues.<\/li><li>Act as an internal construction specialist and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Construction for the TES Team.<\/li><li>Forecast the project budget and schedule, advising stakeholders on the impact of timing, cost, and permitting changes.<\/li><li>Identify and solve factors that may impede a successful project handover.<\/li><li>Interface and coordinate with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.<\/li><li>Maintain comprehensive and timely communication with all internal and external stakeholders.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The ideal TES Construction Manager:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a comparable field.<\/li><li>Fluency in Spanish.<\/li><li>Experience as an Engineer, Construction Manager, or in other construction-related disciplines in one or more EU countries.<\/li><li>Experience operating within at least two disciplines within the construction industry (e.g., General Contracting, Owner\u2019s Representation, Commercial Development, or Engineering &amp; Design).<\/li><li>Project management experience.<\/li><li>Experience negotiating construction procurement and labor contracts.<\/li><li>Team spirit and seriousness.<\/li><li>Good level of English.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you particularly motivated by these missions?
