{"id":6131,"date":"2024-09-27T08:51:00","date_gmt":"2024-09-27T08:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bdbtalent.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=6131"},"modified":"2024-08-27T08:51:46","modified_gmt":"2024-08-27T08:51:46","slug":"project-manager-m2","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/www.bdbtalent.com\/en\/jobs\/project-manager-m2\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Manager (M2)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To support its projects, an international company is seeking a Senior Project Manager &#8211; MEP (M2)\/Senior Technical Services Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You wish to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Promote and deliver a collaborative environment throughout all team members, including stakeholders and the supply chain.<\/li><li>Establish and maintain site organization and facilitate effective communications between the employer\u2019s representatives.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Manage all elements of the defined package from design to delivery into service.<\/li><li>Ensure adherence to all precontract, contract governance, mobilisation, construction delivery, and handover requirements.<\/li><li>Manage the relevant subcontractor to ensure full compliance with these requirements.<\/li><li>Ensure all reports and information defined in the SWI documentation are issued within the stipulated time frames.<\/li><li>Lead on all aspects of the programme and production control process associated with your package responsibility.<\/li><li>Ensure the programme is maintained, advising the project lead of any slippage in good time.<\/li><li>Take part in decisions affecting cost and programme, considering the overall project impact.<\/li><li>Assist in the preparation of programmes, understanding critical path activities, system constraints, and interdependencies.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strong project management skills with full ownership from analysis through to implementation.<\/li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with experience leading discussions with senior leaders.<\/li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive them to successful completion.<\/li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management software and tools is desirable.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you particularly motivated by these missions?
