To support its projects, an international company is seeking a Project Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You wish:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Represent the institution in business dealings with customers, consultants, contractors, and other public and\/or private agencies and organizations.<\/li>
Research and prepare various reports pertaining to operations, equipment, policies, procedures, and\/or other issues as appropriate.<\/li>
Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the construction project; monitor and coordinate work performed by architectural, engineering, and construction departments.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Communicate with the Client\u2019s representatives continuously regarding project progress and areas of concern.<\/li>
Develop and\/or administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions; perform project cost estimating and value engineering as appropriate.<\/li>
Review and interpret proposed designs, architectural drawings, and building specifications for appropriateness to required function and\/or institutional standard, and initiate revisions where appropriate.<\/li>
Advise consultants and clients on how best to achieve required results.<\/li>
Ensure that project operations comply with design specifications and client requirements.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Ideal Candidate Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
At least 8 years of experience in a Project Management role.<\/li>
PMP, PMI, CIOB, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.<\/li>
Strong track record in delivering projects in a fast-moving and challenging environment.<\/li>
Strong management and organizational skills are essential.<\/li>
Excellent command of written and spoken English.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
