Data Center Oversight Project Manager

To support its projects, an international company is seeking a Data Center Oversight Project Manager.

You wish:

• Monitor, track, and report on all stages and interdependencies of the project through to completion.
• Provide project oversight in coordination with Lease Provider(s) to ensure construction delivery requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and coordinate with Lease Provider(s), General Contractor(s), Consultant(s), Sub-Contractor(s), Vendor(s), and Client Stakeholder(s).
• Review and coordinate the Lease Provider(s) overall master program and established baseline schedule.
• Conduct weekly construction delivery and project delivery oversight meetings.
• Liaise and coordinate with Client Stakeholder(s) on critical project issues and maintain regular communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience in project management, specifically in overseeing data center construction projects.
• Strong ability to liaise with various stakeholders, including lease providers, contractors, and consultants.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to lead discussions on critical project issues.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software and tools is desirable.
