Data Management Specialist

To support its projects, an international company is seeking a Data Management Specialist.

You wish to:

• Assist the company in mastering data assets: roles, responsibilities, functional glossary, physical cataloging, data quality, and functional and physical traceability.
• Ensure data compliance through various use cases: assess the compliance of data use cases with current regulations such as anonymization, GDPR, permissions, AI Act, S2, etc.

Your future missions:

• Raise awareness and train employees on data usage: educate employees on data exploitation systems and create/adapt training based on the maturity level of stakeholders.
• Animate and unite around compliance and training missions.

The ideal Data Management Specialist:

• Holds a Master’s degree (Bac+5) with significant experience in project management related to compliance, GDPR, processing registers, DPIA, etc.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management within a banking-insurance environment and digital transformation.
• Managerial skills: cooperate and work transversally, listen and understand others, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Technical skills: significant experience in project management within banking-insurance environments and digital transformation.
• Behavioral skills: animate a community, give and receive feedback, manage deadlines and unforeseen events effectively, interact easily with others, and work well in a team.
