Head of AI (F/M)

To support its projects, an international company is seeking a Head of AI.

You wish to:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models, focusing on machine learning, deep learning, and NLP applications.
• Utilize knowledge graphs to enhance data relationships and insights within our platform.
• Conduct and publish cutting-edge research, maintaining a strong presence in the AI research community.

• Build and lead a world-class AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our platform.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI technologies and apply them to solve complex business problems.
• Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and robustness of AI models in production.
• Incorporate security principles into AI solutions to ensure data integrity and protection.

The ideal Head of AI:

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role, with a strong background in AI technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and knowledge graphs on production.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
