Project Manager (M2)

To support its projects, an international company is seeking a Senior Project Manager – MEP (M2)/Senior Technical Services Manager.

You wish to:

• Promote and deliver a collaborative environment throughout all team members, including stakeholders and the supply chain.
• Establish and maintain site organization and facilitate effective communications between the employer’s representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all elements of the defined package from design to delivery into service.
• Ensure adherence to all precontract, contract governance, mobilisation, construction delivery, and handover requirements.
• Manage the relevant subcontractor to ensure full compliance with these requirements.
• Ensure all reports and information defined in the SWI documentation are issued within the stipulated time frames.
• Lead on all aspects of the programme and production control process associated with your package responsibility.
• Ensure the programme is maintained, advising the project lead of any slippage in good time.
• Take part in decisions affecting cost and programme, considering the overall project impact.
• Assist in the preparation of programmes, understanding critical path activities, system constraints, and interdependencies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong project management skills with full ownership from analysis through to implementation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with experience leading discussions with senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive them to successful completion.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management software and tools is desirable.
