Senior Project Manager – MEP (M3)/Senior Technical Services Manager

To support its projects, an international company is seeking a Senior Project Manager – MEP (M3)/Senior Technical Services Manager.

You wish to:

• Manage all elements of the defined package from design to delivery into service.
• Ensure adherence to all pre-contract, contract governance, mobilization, construction, delivery, and handover requirements.
• Manage the relevant subcontractor to ensure full compliance with these requirements.

Your future missions:

• Promote and deliver a collaborative environment throughout all team members, including stakeholders and the supply chain.
• Establish and maintain site organization and facilitate effective communications between the employer’s representatives.
• Ensure all reports and information defined in the SWI documentation are issued within the stipulated time frames.
• Lead on all aspects of the programme and production control process associated with your package responsibility.
• Ensure the programme is maintained, advising the project lead of any slippage in good time.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret technical documents.
• Proven strategic thought leadership with the ability to challenge the status quo and embrace new thinking.
• Positive relationship management and collaboration skills with the ability to influence others.
• Results-driven, able to work under pressure, navigate ambiguity, and balance multiple priorities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management software and tools is desirable.
• Team spirit and seriousness.
• Good level of English.
