Technical Program Manager – Data Center Projects

To support its projects, an international company is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects in data center design and infrastructure deployments.

You wish to:

• Oversee the development of separate data center design packages, including permit packages, specifications, technical evaluations, and construction drawings.
• Identify technical issues and work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions, mitigation strategies, and manage cost and schedule for project designs.
• Lead, organize, and manage program activities that drive business outcomes while developing systems to identify improvements and drive future optimizations, including change management and performance metrics.

Your future missions:

• Define and address undefined cross-functional challenges utilizing program management methodologies to monitor and manage programs and stakeholders.
• Use acumen to adjust programs effectively while navigating changing circumstances across multiple functional areas.

The ideal Technical Program Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management influencing across a cross-functional organization.
• Experience in program management working in building design or infrastructure deployments.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license, RAA License, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent.
• Experience in construction project management within data centers.
• Experience in product development.
• Team spirit and seriousness.
• Good level of English.
