TES Construction Manager

To support its projects and meet the challenges of today’s market, an international company is looking for a passionate TES Construction Manager.

You wish to:

• Supervise the implementation and management of safety programs and standards with the entire project team.
• Manage multiple mid and large-sized projects simultaneously.
• Ensure the skills and competencies of contract labor are appropriate to undertake the work.

Your future missions:

• Operate independently in the assigned region, interacting with leadership and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Act as an internal construction specialist and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Construction for the TES Team.
• Forecast the project budget and schedule, advising stakeholders on the impact of timing, cost, and permitting changes.
• Identify and solve factors that may impede a successful project handover.
• Interface and coordinate with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal TES Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a comparable field.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience as an Engineer, Construction Manager, or in other construction-related disciplines in one or more EU countries.
• Experience operating within at least two disciplines within the construction industry (e.g., General Contracting, Owner’s Representation, Commercial Development, or Engineering & Design).
• Project management experience.
• Experience negotiating construction procurement and labor contracts.
• Team spirit and seriousness.
• Good level of English.
